  • The Bantry Bay Announces the Opening of BIA Restaurant in Bantry, West Cork

    The exciting specialties include West Cork Charcuterie & Antipasti Platter that showcases local Gubbeen meats, stunning seafood dishes like Bantry Bay Scallops with Clonakilty Black Pudding and asparagus beurre blanc and of course Bantry Bay Mussels.


    The Craft Beer list has been compiled to feature the best of locally produced beers all stemming from Munster region such as Mountain Man Brewing Company, Clonakilty Brewing Company and Killarney Brewing. A carefully selected wine list offers something for all tastes and budgets.

    The comfortable surroundings of purple and gold create a cosy ambiance and the West Cork map detailing West Cork Producers is an interesting talking point.


     BIA Restaurant is the most recent addition to The Bantry Bay which has firmly re-established itself in the heart of the town centrally located overlooking Wolfe Tone Square since re opening in September 2015.


    The outdoor seating area can is perfect place to watch the world go by, when the weather permits .The main bar is open daily serving brunch, lunch and evening meals. The private function room is an ideal location for meetings, and celebrations. With 14 comfortable , ensuite guest rooms  at affordable prices you can stay in the heart of all the action in Bantry .WILD Nightclub is open at the weekend to ensure you can continue the party until late .
